Sold sign has now gone up!!

Looked out of the window this morning and realised that the for sale sign has now changed to SOLD... yey!!

The buyers are keen to get things moving and are sending their man to complete the survey on Thursday...

My slightly cynical side is waiting for the bubbke to burst and for us to come crashing down to earth we have had such a bad run of luck lately..... surely its our turn now to have a change pleeeeeeeeease.

things are looking good

Very happy today, the buyers for our house have confirmed that they have funds in place. Our estate agent says it could be as quick as 6-8 weeks for the sale completes!!! Scary stuff!!

Will have to start sorting through all the mountains of crap Ive got stuffed into my cupboards and wardrobes....

Also need to be REALLY nice to my parents as I will be wanting their spare room until we make the final move across to Canada.....

Need to get organised as I also have to re-home the dog, that will be so heartbreaking as he is my baby :-(

OHHHHHHHH MYYYYYYY GODDDDDDD

Well today is a very exciting day, we have had an offer made on or property and we have accepted it!!!!!!

I am very very excited as the sale should be quite swift. OMG got to start thinking about all the crap I've hoarded and start getting rid of some.

Everything is moving now and Canada is starting to seem more of a reality and we CANNOT wait!!!!

Another viewing

We have another viewing tomorrow before I go to work, they seem to be coming thick and fast now, which is a good thing as hopefully it means we won't take long to sell and I will be able to go to Canada just after Lee. Fingers crossed!!

Also joined the gym this week, really want to get fit before we emigrate. Was completely knackered after my induction, maybe this will be a bigger task than first thought!! lol

We have a date!!!!!!

Just received an email from VRV, Lee starts his air brake course on 12th of June.
We have been asked to confirm the airport from which Lee would like to fly.....VERY EXCITED!!!!

We have also had a few viewings since I last posted we have two couples now who want the house but they still have a property to sell :-(
We did have a couple who were cash buyers view on Monday, unfortunately the bungalow was too modern for them??? anyone would think it had outrageous space age kitchen and stuff... lol

Anyway off to price up flights
